Matosica One is beautiful apartment located on the first floor in small building in the center of the Split. Only few minutes of walking from most important things to see and experience in Split. Although it is located in crowded area you can still relax and feel comfortable.
Comfortable apartment decorated in modern fashion and equipped with everything you need. It has bedroom with king large bed, small living room, kitchen with dining table and small bathroom. Apartment has free WiFi and AC and it’s perfect location makes it a true winner for people searching for a comfortable place to easy navigate city of Split and enjoy in everything that city has to offer.

Casa Matošić is located in the center of the split. Neighbourhood is safe and you are located few minutes of walking from Diocletian palace which is on the World Heritage List from UNESCO since 1979. Just a short walk away, there are museums, galleries, theatres, restaurants and cafes. Riva promenade is just few meters away. Fish and groceries market is ten minutes away by foot. Marjan hill is five minutes away, a great place to exercise,walk and enjoy in nature, and explore beautiful beaches at the bottom of the hill.

- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
