This traditional Dalmatian cottage is located in an old neighbourhood few minutes of walking form the center in quite surrounding and with the feel of Dalmatian way of living. Cottage will win your heart and open you to old local ways.
Dalmatian cottage is cute and small house/apartment with one bedroom on upper floor, and living room, kitchen and bathroom on ground floor. Due to looks of old Dalmatian cottages access to the upper floor can be tricky for some people because of vertical stairs. Chic renovated and well-equipped, is great for few days in Split. Home is perfect for couples, but 2 sofa´s (each in bedroom and living room) give also an option of 3 to 4 people max capacity.

Our beautiful apartment is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Split. It’s a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices.

- Gather used towels: Please place all used towels together on the bathroom floor.
- Throw trash away: Dispose of all garbage before checking out.
- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
