Koko&friends is beautiful one bedroom apartment filled with sun and children laughter coming from primary school near by. Perfect for couples who want to relax, enjoy and charge their batteries before exploring city of Split! The space Apartment has one bedroom with large bed and access to small balcony, joint living room and kitchen and one bathroom. In living room you can find large sofa bed that can turn in fully functional bed with real mattress. Place is fully equipped with everything you may need. A/C and free WiFi (200Mbit/s + speed) are available. Neighbourhood Description Koko&friends are located on the first floor of the apartment building. Neighbor hood is perfectly safe with lot of children parks and promenades. 200 meters from apartment you can find market with daily fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. Neighborhood is only ten minutes of walking from biggest beach in Split and you have to cross only one road to get there. Center of Split is 5 minutes away with car, or 15 minutes of walking distance. Behind the building you can find free parking for your car. Neighborhood has lot of bars, small restaurants and supermarkets due its location close to the student campus. You can find plenty of young college students and meet many interesting people.Prices

- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
