It is located in the very popular Zagreb district named Središće, right next to the green oasis – Bundek Park, and only 3 km away from the city center.
This modern designed apartment has been recently renovated and is ideal for 1 to a maximum of 3 people. It is fully equipped for a pleasant stay for a short or long period, and guests are provided with WI-FI, as well as a private parking space. It consists of one bedroom with a large window, bathroom, kitchen, and living room filled with daylight, and on the balcony, with a glass of wine or a refreshing drink, you can enjoy the enchanting Zagreb sunsets disappearing behind the glades of Žumberačka gora.
The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, with which you can go down to the free gym available to our guests. Within a few hundred meters you can choose from several cafes, pancakes bar, pizzerias, restaurants, shop in a supermarket ori n a large shopping center or sweeten yourself in one of Zagreb’s most famous pastry shops, rent a bike, and even take your pet to the vet.
The jewels of the neighborhood are the Museum of Contemporary Art, 100 m away, the nearby city park, and Lake Bundek, a favorite place of the residents of Zagreb for walking, recreation, sunbathing, and socializing. This amusement park offers children’s playgrounds, barbecue kits, hiking and biking trails, sports fields on the sand, and during the summer season there are concerts and many other events.
A minute or two walking distance from the apartment is a bus stop, and already three stops away begin the strict city center with many attractions. Apartment Lola is only 3 km away from the historic King Tomislav Square and Zrinjevac Park, according to many the most beautiful in Zagreb, and when you get there you are only a short walk away from the central Zagreb Square, Ban Jelačić Square.

- Gather used towels: Please place all used towels together on the bathroom floor.
- Throw trash away: Dispose of all garbage before checking out.
- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
