Traditional stone house in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Split offers you clash of modern and traditional,a fusion that will guarantee a unforgettable holiday! There are four apartments separated by floors and perfect for group of 12 people but can accommodate up to group of 16. If you need 1,2 or 3 apartments, contact us for further details. Stone house and inner courtyard were recently upscaled and now offer 4 beautiful holiday homes. Each apartment is perfect for three people as it has a spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the small living-dining area. Apartments can accommodate up to 16 people because sofa beds offer enough space for two. Kitchen although small has a stove, oven and fridge – more than enough to make beautiful and simple summer meals with local ingredients from our fresh markets just minutes away. WiFi is good and stable. -Tap water is clean and drinkable -Please bare in mind that finding a parking space can be tricky in the main season around city center. -Traveling with a baby or toddler? We have one cot. -In case of need there is an option of self check-in. This traditional Dalmatian stone house is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Split called Veli Varoš with a lot of small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It’s a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices. Veli Varos lies on the outskirts of Marjan forest-park that offers stunning views of city, beautiful small beaches and many breath taking hiking trails. There is no better location for exploring Split House is located in the historical part of town so there is NO car access directly to it. Everything is within walking distance – sea, town, nature, as well as bus&train station and ferry port.Prices

- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
