Well equipped studio apartment, located in the heart of the city of Split, just meters away from the Cathedral of Saint Domnius.
This studio apartment has everything you need. King size bed, sofa which can be easily transformed into bed and thus can accommodate one additional person, fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, tv and high speed WI-FI.
Furthermore, bathroom also has all the amenities you need.
Bed sheets, linen and towels are provided.
The place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). In case there are kids coming, we are going to provide a crib and everything else you need in the apartment to feel like in your own home!

The apartment is located in the city center (old town), within the Diocletian`s Palace. Cathedral of Saint Domnius and Peristil are few meters away. The remains of the palace are now part of the historical nucleus of Split, which is on the World Heritage List from UNESCO since 1979. Although apartment is in heart of Split, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
Just a short walk away, there are museums, galleries, theatres, restaurants and cafes. Riva promenade is just few meters away. Fish and groceries market is one minute away by foot. Poljud and Marjan are fifteen minutes away from the apartment. City beaches are also ten minutes away by foot.

- Gather used towels: Please place all used towels together on the bathroom floor.
- Throw trash away: Dispose of all garbage before checking out.
- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
