Sit back and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside in the shady covered outdoor lounge and dining area that adjoin the house to your own exquisite swimming heated pool.

Outdoor areas: They feature the epicenter of life in the summer months and have been designed accordingly, throughout large and beautifully maintained garden. Apart from the carefully curated planted area all around the house, you will find a private swimming pool surrounded with luxurious wooden deck and comfortable sunbeds where you can relax during the day. And in the evening enjoy your drink and dinner at the al fresco dining area and kitchen. An outdoor shower facility is available, as well as a barbecue and wood oven.
Interior: The interior of the villa is exceptionally designed, ready to offer you a memorable holiday. You are sure to find it stylish and spacious, as it spreads over 180 sq.m. in two floors.
Living room: Majority of the ground floor is made into a cozy living room area, equipped with a TV set and other gadgets, and a big library, so staying here will truly make you feel at home. The comfy sofa (that can be made into an additional bed for 2) and the overall aura of the space with plenty of sunlight will definitely allow you to relax.
Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and yours to use at all times. Kitchenware and various appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler etc.) will be at your disposal and the separate pantry room will certainly give you enough space to prepare your favorite meals.
Bedrooms: The stairs leading to the first floor takes you to the bedrooms area, there are 3 of them with comfortable large beds, and own ac-units to provide you with highest level of comfort. There is also a private balcony in each room, overlooking the sea. All bedrooms are very spacious and homey and master bedroom is equipped with own TV.
Last bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the bathroom also equipped with large comfortable bed .
Extras: Additionally to a large and luxurious bathroom, upstairs you will also find a large walk in closet, an office space and a separate laundry room.
We also have a private garage and additional space for 2 cars in front of the property.

Villa is located in Podstrana, a small costal town near Split. So you have best of both worlds – proximity of Split and it’s urban vibe with nightlife, history, beaches and modern shopping malls, but also slow pace of a small sea town. Everything you might need is within a 10 min drive: beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy…
