The Deluxe city center BLUE apartment is a newly renovated large three bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has a/c and two main bedrooms that have flat screen TVs. Bathrooms have floor heating, large shower heads, washing machine, large mirrors, with the main bathroom featuring a bathtub. The kitchen has fantastic cooking equipment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, large fridge, kettle and toaster. In living room there are two sofas and armchair, smart TV, and large glass dinning table. The open plan space features a balcony with seating area and there is WIFI throughout the entire apartment.
Located just 5 minutes from the heart of Split, this place offers you everything within walking distance. Diocletian’s palace, main promenade Riva, shopping street Marmontova, fish market, lots of cafes and restaurants all just minutes away.
You do not need a car if you decide to spend your time in center and in Split because station of public transport is just 50 m away form apartment. If you decide to make a day trip and take a ride you can visit Salona ruins (5 km), Klis fortress (7km) or maybe the beautiful city of Trogir which is, like Split,one of the UNESCO world Heritage cites ( 25 km). You can also visit by ferry one of the nearest islands like Bisevo- Blue cave, Brac, Hvar etc.

- Gather used towels: Please place all used towels together on the bathroom floor.
- Throw trash away: Dispose of all garbage before checking out.
- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
