A spacious living room with a huge flat smart TV and selected design solutions is provided for social gatherings, as well as a kitchen with a dining room equipped with all modern appliances, from a dishwasher to a microwave, toaster… The bathroom with a shower invites you to relax with its calming tones, and is available You also have a separate toilet. Thanks to the well-arranged AC devices, the apartment maintains a pleasant temperature, and the entire space is also covered by a fast WI-FI network.
Leaving the apartment, you will immediately step into the hustle and bustle of a typical Mediterranean city. Only 10 minutes on foot will be enough to reach Split’s most famous promenade Riva by the sea, as well as the monument of category zero under the protection of UNESCO, the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. The city center offers a handful of pubs, cocktail and coffee bars, restaurants with modern and traditional gastronomy. Approximately 10 minutes from the Green suit accommodation, there is the largest market of domestic products in Split, where you can stock up on food that was taken out of the ground that morning or picked from the tree.

- Throw trash away: Dispose of all garbage before checking out.
- Turn things off: Switch off lights, air conditioning, and any electrical appliances (TV, coffee machine, etc.).
- Lock up: Double-check the apartment door is locked.
- Return keys: After locking the apartment, please return the key to the host.
- Additional requests (optional): If possible, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, start it, and leave the apartment in good condition for the next visitors.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders:
- This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in the amount of €200.
- We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding.
- Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation.
- If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
