On the ground floor, there is a living room and kitchen, fully equipped and adapted to the modern way of life. It has 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a fireplace, AC, and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as a toilet. On the top floor, there are shower / WC and 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 170 – 240 cm. Each room has 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and air conditioning. This rustic villa is energetically self-sufficient. The eco-friendly facility produces all the necessary electricity thanks to solar panels. By the Mediterranean lifestyle, the villa communicates perfectly with its exterior, which starts with a 35m2 covered terrace, an area for barbecue, lunch, and relaxation, from where you can see the endless blue sea. On 180m2 of outdoor space, there is a jacuzzi, shower, a corner equipped with garden furniture, and deck chairs where you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun or relax sheltered by a pine tree. A gravel road leads to the property and the house. An all-terrain vehicle is available to guests at all times to discover Hvar – an island of sunshine, paradise beaches, and lavender. Golubinka Bay is 3 km from the main road and 4 km from Zastražišće, known for its rural architecture and offers several restaurants and a supermarket.  Positioned in the center of the island you can easily head to the famous tourist center, an ancient city rich in history and active nightlife – Hvar, or to the Stari Grad, the oldest on the island, where there is a must-see castle of Croatian Renaissance poet Petar Hektorovic, one of the most Instagrammable place in Croatia.
